Motivation and Rewards

    Our staff arrives everyday with a purpose to get work done. At Alpha Marketing we take pride in fulfilling our customers needs and wants. An employee will have a great amount of motivation knowing that the customers are satisfied with the work they have done.
    We are always giving each other positive feedback and motivate each other to LEVEL UP each day. 

    We ask our staff “what motivates you everyday?”Once they have personally answered that question they come to work each day with a positive and hard working attitude. 

    We have an esports graphic of the month. At Alpha Marketing our teams are all equipped with the tools to make a computer graphic. Each esports team is assigned to their own team and each team has a social media with graphics.

Daniel Pink

  • Dan Pink believes that leaders and businesses should use the approach of self-determination in order to achieve motivation from all employees. 

  • He explains it in three sections: autonomy, mastery and purpose.

  • Autonomy: Autonomy gives employees some freedom over some or all of the four main aspects of work. These are time, technique, team and task.

  • Mastery: People are responsible for their own personal mastery, yet companies and leaders are responsible as well. Personal mastery allows employees to become better at something that matters to them. This then reflects well on the organization when they display their talents.

  • Purpose:Purpose is to take actions in order to fulfill employees’ natural desire to contribute to a cause greater than them. The leaders and managers need to take the time to communicate to the employees and make sure they understand that there is not just profit goals but always a purpose.
